In the spirit of reconciliation, enstruct acknowledges the Traditional Custodians across all of the lands on which we work and their connections to the land, sea and community. We pay our respect to Elders past and present and extend that respect to all First Nations peoples today.
Erection and assembly of three 43 tonne steel transfer trusses for the 60 Martin Place project has commenced. The three 4.5m high and 21m long transfer trusses are installed in the plantroom on Level 18. The trusses allow the building to cantilever out over the top of St Stephens Church, by shifting the primary column grid by 4m at Level 18. The trusses also support the hanging load of the four floors beneath, to maximise cantilever size and therefore maximise additional NLA to the northern boundary.
