The multi award-winning commercial tower, Sixty Martin Place, has achieved a 6 green start rating for design and as-built by the Green Building Council Australia (GBCA).
With innovative features such as a self-shading north façade, floor-to-ceiling windows minimising artificial lighting, automatic window shading and smart building technology, this landmark tower has accomplished many key sustainability objectives.
enstruct provided structural and civil services from pre-design through to construction for this contemporary tower as well as various state of the art fitouts throughout the building.
