60 Martin Pl Topping Out
On Wednesday, 20th March the topping-out celebration for 60 Martin Place was held on site, signalling the completion of major structural works for 40,000 square metre, Premium grade commercial office tower being delivered by Lendlease for our clients Investa Office / Gwynvill. The cantilevered northern face of the tower addresses St Stephen's Church and allows each floor plate to extend out above the church and its spire creating a prominent feature of the Sydney skyline.
enstruct has been involved with this project from the concept design through detailed design and throughout the construction phase of this landmark tower. One notable feature designed by enstruct were three 130 tonne steel mega-trusses which allow the building to cantilever over the neighbouring church. The structure of the tower is now complete with tenant gearing up to begin fitout in May 2019.
