60 Martin Place is nearing completion as Lendlease prepare for handover to the clients, Investa & Gwynvill.
enstruct as the structural and civil engineers for this landmark tower, have been key members of the project team from concept through to construction.
Consisting of 32 stories, the development provides in excess of 40,000sqm of net lettable area with notable design features such as the curved northern face of the tower and the three 130 tonne steel mega-trusses which allow the building to cantilever over the neighbouring church.
