Delhi Road Tops Out
Construction has been progressing at a significant pace and is
now almost complete. The bulk of the structure is up with
some façade still to be installed and minor landscaping works to
go.
The project, being built by Baulderstone Hornibrook will also act
as Baulderstone Hornibrook's new head office allowing integrated
fitout for all of their requirements.
The development is perfectly suited to benefit from the opening of
new Epping to Chatswood rail line later this year and forms a
significant stake in the booning North Ryde / Macquarie Park
commercial precinct.
