In the spirit of reconciliation, enstruct acknowledges the Traditional Custodians across all of the lands on which we work and their connections to the land, sea and community. We pay our respect to Elders past and present and extend that respect to all First Nations peoples today.
The development comprises of three large commercial office buildings linked via a shared podium consisting of an extensive landscaped area with mature trees and water features. Underneath these buildings lies a combined three level car park. The site itself is a short distance from the entrance to the Lane Cove Tunnel and is adjacent to the new Epping to Chatswood train line. enstruct worked closely with the project architect, Morris Bray, redesigning the column layout throughout the car park enabling the car spaces to be maximised. The perimeter of each office floor consists of a 4.2m cantilever allowing a significant zone of column free space and maximising tenant flexibility. As the building consisted of three separate towers, a staged development was achieved.
