City Tattersalls Club Redevelopment
enstruct successfully partnered with Richard Crookes during the tender process to win the construction tender for the project and will deliver structural and civil engineering services for the project. City Tattersalls Club Redevelopment is a landmark tower and heritage restoration project within Sydney's CBD.
The project consists of renewal, restoration and development of the club within the existing heritage buildings as well as construction of a new 50-storey tower through the heritage envelope, providing a 110 room boutique hotel and 241 bespoke residential apartments. The redevelopment will deliver a mixed-use place in the centre of Sydney and reinvigorate the historic fabric on the site.
