St George Hospital Stage 3 Redevelopment
The $411 million St George Hospital Stage 3 redevelopment will provide enhanced health services and facilities for Sydney's south, building on the previous $277 million campus redevelopment for which enstruct also provided services. Stage 3 will provide a new Integrated Ambulatory Care Precinct for outpatient and community services which will be utilised by patients requiring a variety of procedures. The new facility will include expanded inpatient beds, a new day rehabilitation unit, aged care, behavioural management unit, a brain injury unit, day surgery services and high-volume short stay services unit, facilities for outpatient and other ambulatory care services, enhanced diagnostic imaging (medical imaging and nuclear medicine) and a base for community health and home-based services enabling the co-location and centralisation of services. enstruct have been engaged for structural and civil services.
