Holker and Silverwater
enstruct were employed by Transport for NSW for civil engineering strategic and concept design of the upgrade of Holker Street and Silverwater Road intersection and approaches up to 300m. The objective of the upgrade was to Improve journey time reliability and network efficiency, improve access to Sydney Olympic Park Precinct, improve transport access and road safety.
Works included running a multidisciplinary team with design works for roads, pavements, hydrology and drainage design, property works, construction staging and traffic management, traffic management, road safety audits, traffic signal design and cost estimating.
