enstruct have been engaged to undertake both structural and flood engineering services for this proposed tower, Warada, in the heart of the North Sydney CBD.
The 27-storey development is a multi storey commercial tower with a six-level podium over a through-site link between Walker & Little Walker St. The building will include 33,000 sqm of GFA and a rounded façade referencing New South Wales' official floral emblem, the waratah.
