Soper Place
Penrith is undergoing a period of unprecedented change and growth and in order to meet the needs of the community the Penrith City Council is redeveloping Soper Place. The project consists of a multi-storey carpark with four additional levels of commercial office space, a high-quality multi-use recreation space and a roof top landscaped community space with a green wall which will contribute to the development and revitalisation of the Penrith CBD.
enstruct has been commissioned with undertaking the civil engineering works which includes road re-alignment of Soper Place, pavement, footpaths and kerbs, drainage works, sediment and erosion control and new roundabout.
In addition, enstruct has been also commissioned to lead the external utilities design and documentation servicing the new road and building.
