This proposed large scale build to rent development will consist of three residential towers, over 700 apartments, ground floor commercial/retail space, public open space, and communal areas.
Located adjacent to Footscray Station Victoria University, and 15 minutes from Melbourne's CBD, the area is expected to experience strong population growth.
