enstruct have been engaged to provide structural and civil engineering services for the development application at 37 Gerrale Street, Cronulla, a high quality independent living tower. Each resident will have an oversized balcony and access to facilities including a library, business centre, games room, cinema, café, roof top pavilion with a garden and sunroom for functions, swimming pool, spa, wellness, retail and carparking. The Cronulla site is 1,746sqm with the structure itself comprising of 5,238 total GFA encompassing 9 above ground and 3 basement levels.
