enstruct have been engaged by Stockland to undertake structural and civil engineering services for a landmark commercial tower at 110 Walker Street, North Sydney.
With sweeping Sydney Harbour views to the south, the proposed tower will be the tallest building in North Sydney on completion, at over 230m tall.
The building form is underpinned by an efficient structural system comprising of long-span beams with balanced cantilevers. The open plan commercial floorplate contains only eight columns in addition to an offset western core with steel truss outriggers located efficiently at plant floors.
