More Trains More Services
More than $4.3 billion is being invested in the More Trains, More Services program which will transform the NSW rail network. enstruct has been employed to undertake structural engineering services for the South Coast Stations Platform Extensions at Thirroul, Bellambi, Coniston, Port Kembla, Kiama and Wollongong including works to the Stabling Yards at Wollongong.
The aim of this project is to accommodate the new fleet of longer trains greatly increasing passenger numbers. Managing constructing in a live environment and the application of AEO principals have been key to the successful outcomes for this project.
