RMIT University Fitout
enstruct were commissioned to undertaken structural engineering services for this 10,600sqm fitout in Lonsdale Street, Melbourne.
This is a new workplace refurbishment that consolidates various business units in to one workspace, creating a collaborative and student focused environment.
The fitout targeted a 6-star Greenstar rating and consists of office accommodation for 1000 staff, meetings rooms, breakout rooms, social spaces, lunch facilities, outdoor spaces, utility spaces and an internal vertical connection.
