Energy Australia Fitout
enstruct are worked with Montlaur, Geyer and NDY to undertake the structural design for Energy Australia's fitout at Two Melbourne Quarter, an enstruct-designed building.
The 21,000sqm fitout spreads over 10 levels and will consolidate Energy Australia's multiple occupancies into one new location. A switchback and a straight stair feature in the various inter-tenancy voids. Review of floor penetrations, heavy load zones, internal landscaping loads as well as operable walls were closely co-ordinated to maximise client outcomes.
