Located between Martin Place and King Street, 130 Pitt Street is a mixed-use property with retail on the lower floors and 13 floors of office space. The refurbishment includes alterations and additions to the existing building and the utilisation of the adjacent laneway Lees Court. These amendments will provide a new lobby entry, luxury retail tenancies, a new café and end of trip facilities.
