700 Collins St, Melbourne
This $350 million, 55 storey pencil tower in the Melbourne CBD is a large scale mixed-use development with 13,000sqm of commercial office, 182 hotel rooms and 265 residential units as well as a four-storey podium car park.
Preliminary design on the building indicates a liquid tuned mass damper will be required at the top of the building to satisfy occupant comfort criteria at the top of the building.
