enstruct provided structural and civil engineering services for this commercial development comprising of 27 storeys over a landscaped and developed ground floor plate, covering the majority of the site. The building will also consist of 4 car parking levels, 2 plant levels and 19 levels of commercial office, co-working space, and elevated podium terrace facing Parramatta River.
The curved floor plate comprises large perimeter cantilevers to maximise tenancy fitout opportunities and sight lines across Parramatta. The twin cores are separated by an exposed glazed steel atrium lift structure for the low rise and high rise lifts which are expressed for the full building height.
enstruct assisted Fender Katsalidis in the winning design competition and have been engaged from concept phase through to full design and documentation.
