Two Melbourne Quarter
This development is part of the Melbourne Quarter project, located in the heart of the Southern Cross precinct in Melbourne's CBD. The 25 storey tower comprises of approximately 49,000sqm of commercial and retail NLA whilst targeting a 6 star Green Star rating.
The structure is comprised of post-tensioned floor plates, with a reinforced concrete core founded on piles providing the lateral stability. Adjacent to Two Melbourne Quarter is a large public landscaped plaza which spans over Wurundjeri Way. The structure spanning the road includes a series of pre-cast, pre-tensioned planks supported on post-tensioned band beams which reduce the impact of installation over the roadway.
