enstruct were engaged to undertake structural engineering services for the residential development on the corner of Bourke Street and Church Avenue in Mascot.
This large residential development is comprised of over 340 apartments across four residential towers ranging up to 13 levels high. The 1.1ha site also features a central park connecting the towers and variety of resort style facilities such as podium garden, indoor pool and gymnasium.
