SHOR – St Leonards Health Organisation Relocation
Health Department staff from various health agencies around Sydney have been collocated into this purpose built development comprising an 11 storey office building with 31,000 sqm of NLA and including 2 stories of carparking. enstruct took the project to tender and then partnered with Multiplex to complete the construction documentation stage and construct the building. The building included an integrated fitout allowing the facility to be constructed to the exact requirements of the tenant allow inter-storey stairs to be efficiently integrated within the base building documentation.
