1 Denison St North Sydney
The building is located adjacent to the new Metro Victoria Cross station which in combination with the Metro will play a key role in the revitalisation of North Sydney. Our work involves the structural and civil design and documentation of a new commercial office tower, television studios, street level retail and an upgrade of all the surrounding streetscapes.
The building consists of 38 stories above ground and 5 basement levels with an inclined northern façade to respond to the adjacent residential building. The development will deliver in excess of 60,000sqm of NLA commercial space plus significant mixed use at ground level.
