enstruct provided structural and civil engineering design services through the Design Excellence Competition Stage and the Design Development Phase of a 33 storey commercial office tower in Parramatta CBD.
Situated on the corner of George and Charles Street, the design provides over 45,000sqm of A-grade commercial office space over large contiguous floorplates offering extensive views to the north over the river as well as back to Sydney's CBD.
The design also offers a range of facilities such as a gym, outdoor terraces, café and open spaces.
