8-12 University Ave
enstruct were engaged to perform Structural and Civil Engineering services for the two new commercial/education buildings at 8 - 12 University Avenue.
This project is part of the Campus Master Plan and is set to further the University's collaboration with commercial partners in the Macquarie Park area. Features will include vibrant atrium spaces, flexible floor plates and will be designed to have a 5 Green Star rating.
The project team completed the concept design stage to enable a State Significant Application to be lodged.
