enstruct were invited to join a design competition for the proposed 83 storey mixed use Parramatta Tower at 197 Church Street with Group GSA in collaboration with Spanish architect Rafael De La-Hoz. Our winning design comprises key features of the existing building including the original façade. With a total GFA 74, 300 sqm, the design will consist of 650 residential apartments and over 2,000 sqm of plaza public space. enstruct assisted the Group GSA submission in developing an efficient structural system for this high rise tower. The lateral system is embedded in the building architecture with a central core coupled to perimeter columns via outriggers at the buildings plant / amenity levels.
