West End, Glebe
enstruct were engaged to perform structural and civil engineering services for this proposed residential development located in Glebe. This project comprises of approximately 250 apartments over two adjacent sites, consisting of a mix of high-end 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
The development has two buildings consisting of 6 and 7 floors with rooftop gardens. The structure includes post-tensioned floor plates supported by concrete columns and walls with a transfer floor at ground floor over the basement levels, founding on pad footings on the underlying sandstone rock.
