This commercial office building provides a world class A-Grade office space in Parramatta CBD with an NLA of 25,000sqm.
The large expansive post-tensioned floorplates provide over 2500sqm per floor with interconnecting stairs allowing for greater flexibility and interaction between occupants. The project has been documented and coordinated by both architect and structural engineer using Autodesk Revit.
