This project comprises of 210 residential apartments with a retail street front at Harris Street. With a mix of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, the objective of the project is to produce a high-quality residential oasis at the doorstep of the Darling Harbour precinct.
The building has 9 floors of residential apartments, two basement levels for bicycle and vehicle parking and a ground floor that consists of a mix of retail/commercial space as well as feature landscaping areas. The structure of the building typically consists of post-tensioned concrete floorplates supported by concrete columns, walls and foundations founded on the underlying sandstone rock.
