The development included the refurbishment of a heritage-listed 30 storey tower, together with a prestigious new 5 storey podium building for commercial and retail use.
The podium structure features curved and cantilevered floor steelwork to achieve a curvilinear architectural design. Between the podium and the tower is a dramatic glazed canopy of tapered and curved steel elements.
Some of the key new features of the tower include a new end-of-trip lift, plus elegant new inter-floor stairs between tower levels which project from floors within a series of four-storey atria.
enstruct have carried out all structural and civil engineering for the project from concept stage through to completion and are advising a number of tenants who are leasing the commercial and retail suites.
