enstruct were engaged by DHA to undertake structural and civil services to tender for its development at 18 Huntley St, Alexandria.
Formerly office space with on-grade car parking, the development comprised of five storey residential living spaces, with rainwater harvesting facilities and rooftop green space.
Due to the topography of the surrounding land, the site is prone to flooding. Two large 3.2m x 1m Sydney Water culverts also traverse through the site. enstruct coordinated the realignment of this asset. enstruct also liaised with the other relevant bodies including RMS and the City of Sydney to seek appropriate resolution of these issues.
