Northpoint Tower
Situated at 100 Miller St, Cromwell undertook a redevelopment of Northpoint Tower, establishing a new daytime and evening destination in the heart of the North Sydney CBD. The development offers a mixture of restaurants, cafes and retail outlets in addition to a new supermarket. Further, eight storeys of hotel space were developed on top of the existing six storeys of car park and refurbished retail space to the north of the existing tower.
The development is comprised of composite steel and concrete construction, decreasing the load on the existing structure, thereby achieving the maximum number of hotel rooms and retail space NLA. The 'shard' to the south of the tower includes a cantilevered glass façade up to six metres high promoting the commanding views to the south of North Sydney from the rooftop pool and bar.
