Luna Meriton, Lewisham
Adjacent to Lewisham light rail station and with Lewisham train station nearby this development is in high demand. The development has transformed the local area with almost 300 residential units including retail and providing council with a large new public park. The development consists of seven residential towers up to nine levels over a common podium and two storey basement. The structure consists of in-situ concrete columns and cores, post-tensioned floors and loadbearing precast concrete facades. A key feature of this project was the use of prefabricated column forms with pre-installed reinforcement delivered to site to achieve rapid column construction. enstruct delivered full services for civil and structural engineering on the project.
