Oceanvale, Warriewood
The Boondah Road project comprises of nine individual four storey residential towers in Warriewood, NSW. The development provides 200 new apartments and 200 car spaces over 2 basement levels in each building. The leafy outlook for each apartment is a credit to the planning of the development. There is a 50m indoor pool and large common garden areas for residents. The rapid construction program posed a design challenge and drove the necessity for a precast concrete panel solution. The structure consists of in-situ concrete columns and cores, post tensioned floors and precast concrete facades. enstruct was engaged for structural engineering design on the project.
