Harbord Diggers
The Harbord Diggers precinct is located on Evans Street in Freshwater occupying a commanding position on the Freshwater headland with uninterrupted views across the ocean and down to Freshwater beach.
The regeneration of the historic Harbord Diggers Club involved the creation of an intergenerational community hub providing facilities for all members of the community. The redevelopment also provides a modern club facility with restaurants, bars, lounges, state-of-the-art fitness and aquatic centre, child care, community facilities, senior independent living accommodation and significant car parking facilities. The development was designed to fit seamlessly into it's surroundings and respects the iconic headland while providing world class facilities for all members of the community.
