Ryde Garden
Delhi Road comprises of three residential towers with 830 apartments and 900 car spaces in North Ryde, Sydney. The tallest tower stands 100m above its foundations and commands views down to Sydney Harbour. The podium level provides a new park for the general public which also connects the site to North Ryde train station. The development site has rooftop gardens, a 50m pool, retail facilities, childcare and a gym. The close proximity to the M2 motorway poses a challenge for the design of highly loaded tower columns. The structure consists of concrete columns, post tensioned floors and where possible precast concrete has been used to accelerate the program. enstruct were engaged for structural and civil engineering on this landmark project.
