enstruct were engaged by St George Community Housing as the civil design consultant for the redevelopment of six existing residential lots with 18/21 double storey town houses.
Civil works included stormwater drainage design, on site detention design, pavement works, earthworks design, water quality treatment design and sediment and erosion control.
