8 Ebsworth, Green Square
The $8 billion Green Square project is transforming the area into a vibrant and sustainable urban environment. From its industrial past, Green Square is emerging as a place of innovative housing design, bespoke business and retail, and creative and engaged communities. This apartment building represents the first offering from Mirvac and Urban Growth Joint venture to deliver accommodation for 5,500 residents. This development contains two levels of basement car park with retail at ground floor for ease of access which contains specialty shops and a major anchor tenant. The towers over are supported off a transfer level and consist of 10 floors of apartments. This project will set the standard expected for all the future developments in this new precinct. The sales release of these apartments was so popular, all apartments sold out in a single weekend.
