Green Square Early Works
enstruct were engaged by Green Square Consortium, comprising Mirvac Projects and Leighton Properties, to design the remediation works for the road corridors and public domain areas of the Green Square Town Centre. The design involved translating the site Remediation Action Plan into a set of construction drawings. enstruct created a fully inclusive 3D model of the site to allow the accurate tracking of material movements on, to and from the site. Works included bulk earthworks, site remediation works, sediment and erosion control and site stormwater detention. enstruct also provided the consortium with advice relating to flood levels within the site and flood impacts on the proposed development.
