enstruct were engaged to undertake a flood study for the proposed development following concerns raised by Council relating to existing overland flow through the site.
The project included detailed background investigation works to ascertain the existing flooding situation and the causes of flooding through the site. The team also collaborated with Council's flood engineering consultant to prepare site specific flood information.
Works culminated in the presentation of findings to Council and the preparation of a flood risk management report to assist in a Section 96 submission.
