An ambitious development is being proposed for a commercial and residential tower in St Leonards. The local area has undergone significant residential development in the past few years as the proximity to St Leonards Train Station and the short distance to North Sydney and the CBD has boosted demand for apartments.
This development has two Towers. Tower A is a 16 level mixed-use tower with 3 levels of serviced apartments, 12 levels of residential and retail at ground level. Tower B is a 15 level mixed-use tower with 7 levels of commercial, 7 levels of residential and retail at ground level.
