The extension of the office building at ALDI's headquarters in Minchinbury is a response to ALDI's current market growth in Australia. The company currently opens stores at a rate of one a week in Australia and this increase results in a requirement to increase logistic capability.
enstruct were engaged as the civil and structural engineering consultants for the $35 million extension to the headquarters. Works included a new four storey office building with basement car parking, a podium car park over the basement, an extension to the existing on grade car park on the adjacent land and a 25m spanning public pedestrian footbridge across the existing council drainage swale.
