Wagga Wagga Hospital
Wagga Wagga Mental Health Phase 1 is a new mental health unit on the existing Wagga Wagga Base Hospital Site. The facility comprises 30 acute inpatient beds of which 8 are high dependency and 20 sub-acute inpatient beds. enstruct are providing full structural engineering services on the project where there is a particular emphasis on providing a future proof structure in terms of services reticulation and floorplate vibration performance. The two storey building has a reinforced concrete raft slab at ground floor and a post-tensioned first floor. The roof structure is lightweight steel and the project is being delivered utilising BIM across the whole consultant team. enstruct are also providing civil engineering services on the mental health project as well as infrastructure upgrade works across the site.
