Sydney Office Fit-out
The fit-out takes advantage of the open plan nature of the floor plates in the building and provides a collaborative workspace maintaining connection across the entire floor space for staff. It was carefully designed to meet the needs of the client and complement the Sydney commercial office building it inhabits. enstruct was commissioned for the duration of the project, providing input on conceptual designs through to final design and construction. The fit-out involved modification the base building design for all floors to accommodate an inter-floor stair connecting all levels, increasing floor loadings in a number of areas. Being the structural engineer for base building, enstruct was able to provide structural design input readily and efficiently.
