enstruct are providing civil and structural engineering services on the DA phase of this 10 storey, 40 unit affordable housing development in Sutherland for St George Community Housing. The proposed development has a 2 storey basement car park, consists of a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and is proposed to be of concrete frame construction. The civil works included design of the bulk earthworks and stormwater drainage for the site.  Given the extent of the basement in relation to the site area innovative solutions were required for the bulk earthworks and the locating of the on-site detention system.
