Bella Vista Gardens
6 Fairway Drive, Kellyville has a combined site area of 20,710 square metres and comprises of a Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) building with a plan area of 4,791 square metres, four separate Independent Living Unit (ILU) buildings, a wellness centre, and basement car park. The RACF building has two levels of residential aged care living facilities with shared kitchen & dining areas and was constructed mainly with reinforced concrete slabs and brickwork walls. The ground floor structure is a post-tensioned transfer slab that allows for the different wall/column layout in the basement and ground floor.The ILU buildings have three levels of self-contained apartments and be constructed with post-tensioned concrete slabs and concrete blade walls typically.
