333 George Street

Client: Charter Hall
Architect: Grimshaw/Crone Partners
Status: Complete

Starting in 2011 enstruct worked closely with Charter Hall and Grimshaw Architects during the planning phase to develop the concepts for the 333 George St site. The chosen scheme was to demolish the existing buildings and construct a new 18 storey mixed use tower comprising 12,500 sq m of office space over the upper 15 levels, and 2100 sqm of high yield retail space at the basement and lower levels. The upper six levels include stepped terraces that are formed by a number of large structural transfers that provide views over Martin Place. The main structure was completed in July 2016. The anchor tenants include Clyde & Co, National Australia Bank, HSBC, Grimshaw Architects, and Woolworths. At all phases of the development enstruct worked with Charter Hall and the project team to help realise the aspirations for the site.
