Yennora Toll Warehouse
Stockland successfully won the lease for provision of 10,000sqm of industrial warehouse, distribution centre and office space for Toll at its Yennora Distribution Park. The facility consists of approximately 10,000sqm of warehouse space and approximately 1250sqm of office space with associated awnings and hardstand areas for truck movements and site parking. Enstruct was engaged at the planning phase of the project with services continuing through to D&C tender design and documentation. In a tight program to ensure that the facility was delivered within the required timeframe structural D&C tender documentation was produced to allow pricing of the facility to be confirmed and to allow a D&C contractor to be appointed.
