Roseville College
Roseville College is a successful private school that has undergone significant growth in student numbers over the past few years requiring continual improvements in the schools facilities. Over the years enstruct has assisted with many other projects at the school while this latest development attempts to increase the utilisation of one of the building by extending a floor and adding another level. Fortunately the original designer of the building envisaged another level being built on the building and so the columns and foundations did not require any strengthening. The roof structure for the extension utilises elegant and slender steel sections to allow the roof to seemingly float above the floor creating an open plan an unencumbered feel to the space.
